Our Ocean Freight modules provide expansive operations functionality for any freight forwarder, or NVOCC agent, for both Imports and Exports covering full loads, part loads, bulk cargo, hazardous and groupage. It covers FCL bookings to the more complex multi-loads, from Dry boxes to Reefers, abnormal loads and complex project shipping. All is catered for in a fast and efficient manner.   Sea Freight modules enable you to register details of Import and Export consignments. It also enables you to retrieve and store common information for a range of documents such as; Letter of Credit information for FIATA Bills of Lading, Haulage instructions, Confirmation of Booking, Certificate of Shipments, Manifest and many more.

DataBank (job file) is spanned over two tabs allowing a fast and clear means of input. Each DataBank record can store multiple item lines with ease. This information is seamlessly transferred to produce documents such as a delivery note without the need to re-enter the information.

FreightFax4 gives you the flexibility to choose which items are presented on delivery notes allowing you to have total control over what information you need to display.

Each mode of transport is catered for, whether it is for one or fifty containers, self drives, trailers or bulk. Check digits are used to ensure that a container number is entered correctly.

Users can quickly and easily find information they require to hand without having to leave FreightFax4 by using our electronic filing system. This can be achieved by either scanning 3 rd party documents into FreightFax4 or attaching other mainstream documents like Word, Excel and PDF files. All documents are stored at job level and can be retrieved for printing, e-mailing and faxing.  The process of integrating information and communicating with 3 rd parties can be done efficiently and quickly via electronic transfer.
