FreightFax4 has the ability to link seamlessly into our accounts modules. We refer to this connectivity between the modules as “dynamic links”. This enables the system to quickly pass information from module to module creating continuous workflow from department to department.

Because FreightFax4 is dynamically linked to the accounts modules, this gives the ability for the freight departments to view credit control information in real time. The system is designed to automatically display warnings and information in relation to that account and even placing an account on hold if required.

As well as being able to view information in real-time, FreightFax4 is able to pass Cost and Revenue transactions from the freight departments to the accounts seamlessly.
